  2. his work copied.  Among the things that can be protected by
  3. copyright are: audio recordings, video recordings, photos,
  4. paintings, drawings, and photographs.  The copyright holder has
  5. the right to distribute, sell, and reproduce his work, as
  6. well as the right to produce new works based on his original
  7. work.  Sometimes works are denied copyright protection because
  8. they do not contain any creativity.  An example of such would
  9. be a telephone directory.  A work doesn't necessarily have to
  10. be innovative, but must contain some creativity.
